As part of their ongoing expansion plans in India the customer was creating a hub for some of their worldwide Information Technology (IT) Operations. In terms of Global Technical Support Services within IT, AWC has been selected as one of the outsourcing partner to provide this service. As part of this outsourcing arrangement, AWC is required to provide a team of consultants to work with the customers internal team.

Team Size

Global Technical Support Services team is expected to provide round-the-clock support 24*5 operations and rotated across 3 different shifts
